How do I check in for my flight?

Most airlines offer an online check-in service either 24 or 48 hours before departure. For some airlines, the check-in period can be as early as 30 days before departure, but this is dependent on factors like whether you’ve purchased priority check-in and boarding. Once checked in, be sure to keep track of your flight times to make sure there have been no changes. If your flight is delayed, it's worth contacting your transfer provider and hotel directly just to let them know.

How do I change the dates or times of my flights?

If you need to change your travel times, you can request flight changes through us or directly with your airline, depending on who you’re flying with. Before the departure of flights, you can cancel or change your ticket by simply talking to our Customer relation representative over the phone or you can also write them an e-mail to cancel your ticket. If we do not receive any remaining payments within 72 hours of the booking, then the reservation will automatically be canceled. All the tickets are issued on the basis of non-refundable and non-endorsable unless stated otherwise.

What can I do if there is a flight change or cancellation on my booking?

Sometimes, airlines need to amend their flight schedule, resulting in a change or cancellation of flights. However, this is usually done well in advance to give you plenty of time to choose a replacement. Flight changes are classed as either ‘minor’ or ‘significant’ and affect how we’re able to help you.

What is my airline reference?

Your airline reference is a unique number used to access your flight booking on the airline’s website you’re travelling with. You'll find your airline reference number within your booking documents.

What should I do if I’ve missed my flight?

If you miss your flight for whatever reason, your first step should be to speak to your airline to try and get rebooked on the next available flight. Please note, we can’t offer a refund for missed flights and you’ll have to pay for a new ticket.

What happens if my flight gets cancelled while I’m away?

If your return flight gets cancelled while you’re on holiday, you will be contacted either by one of our customer service agents or by your airline (depending on who you’re flying with) with alternative flight options. Can I use someone else's credit card to pay for a ticket?

We only accept the Debit / Credit card of the leading passenger. If the Card holder is not the passenger, means he is not travelling then we do not accept the card payment online or over the phone. In that case, the Card holder must come to our office with the chip and pin card and we will physically charge / process the card on our machine.

What Reservation problems should I expect?

If you are planning on traveling during any holiday period, it is advisable to plan well in advance. Generally 3-6 months ahead is advisable. Also you would be able to get the best deals within this period. Closer to departure in holiday period, airlines often close out availability on cheaper fares. However, if you are looking for a late getaway, we would still be delighted to assist in your travel plans.
